ugh love this game so much

I did not realize there were some comments being automatically 'held' for the past month until I approved them, hence the handful of out-of-order comments below. Thank you to those of you who have left kind comments and reviews.

Godammit I thought I was done getting lulled into a false sense of security by a clearly labeled horror game by cuteness with Doki Doki Liturature club. Great game though

For those of us on Linux, the Windows version of this game runs quite well with rpgmaker-linux. Just unzip it and run it with e.g.

rpgmaker-linux --gamepath /home/you/Clinical\ Trial/

Tested on Debian 12 with GNOME. The same Debian 12 running Sway WM did not work.

To be honest, I watched a video titled Me and Mr. Wolf and I loved the edit so much, and when I saw the game title it was based on, I knew I had to know what it was about. I watched ManlyBadassHero's playthrough and fell in love with the story and characters. I love how the game made me think it was a horror thriller as I questioned what was in the syringe, then it turned into a slice of life of sorts getting me more connected with the game, and deep down I knew something bad was going to happen, but I let the wholesomeness blind me until the twist ending hit me like a power drill. I was not ready for the trauma! Well done homie. Absolute Cinema!

What version of RPG Maker is this game made with, I'm curious.

I played ending 2 first and I loved it, then I did ending 1. It pained me to choose reject, and the ending hurt even more. I came to this game from a youtube video and now I am left emotionally crushed and confused. WHAT?!?!? I dont know what to say or how to feel right now. I am in love with this game now, I cant even believe this was FREE?!?! Thank you

btw if you got stuck in lee's bedroom (like i did for an hour ;-;) make sure you interact with the right half of the desk found in the bottom right of the room

I really liked this game. Its hard to talk about the best parts of the game without spoilers, and the first parts a bit of a slog, but I enjoyed it

This game was very captivating - when I had to take a break from playing, my mind would circle back to it frequently. I love the overall mood you created here, the characters and the detailed assets and graphics. Thank you for sticking with this game and making it accessible. <3 Much love to you!

HOMIE I MISSED U SO MUCH

I just played through both endings tonight and I must say, the game was impeccable. However, I do unfortunately have a gripe or two; The amount of saving you can do on your file does not sit right with me. You can only save progress when there is not active dialouges and such going, and at mutiple points i found myself wanting to save while not being able to (Specifically at parts of the game with choices that change the ending). Secondly - and I realize this very well could be a technical issue on my part - at numerous times while playing, suddenly it would act as if i were holding the key to progress down? it would speed through dialogs far too fast and I couldn’t do anything but close the application and restart from my save. The keys on my computer have never gotten stuck before, and doing other things using the device both before and after playing, I do not think it was my physical keyboard causing the issue? That, paired with the saving issue, caused me to have to replay multiple scenes to get back to where I left off. I ADORED the game, do not get me wrong, but this was my experience! (written at 2am, apologies for grammar errors)

You truly saved my life. Thank you so much. Your game is incredible, very special and one of a kind. From it I ended up realizing I have ADD, Narcolepsy and RLS (and visual snow, which i always thought everyone saw lmao TwT) I was struggling so much to live every single day and i never knew why. I have a sleep study soon (rlly hoping itll pick up my sleep disorders) and hope to get diagnosed for ADHD in the future. Unmasking has been very painful in so many ways but so worth it.

I'm not good at articulating my thoughts in a way that makes sense but I'm an avid fan of your previous work and always found beauty and comfort in it, and this game is no different. from the detail in the body language to the subtext, this is a certified banger through an through, awesome work bro. I hope I get to see more from you in the future
